1. Stan Ridgway - Pile Driver  (very nice)
2. Bruce Springsteen - Working on the Highway
3. Tom Waits -  What's He Building?  (wow!)
4. Elvis Costello - Shipbuilding

P.S.: Dred offered me tix on this one, but he didn't play any of my suggestions (Todd Rundgren/Utopia: Hammer in My Heart, Want Of a
 ail
and The Strawbs: I'm a Union Man)

BB King at the Paramount - it's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  I've seen BB back when he was a young and 65 year old or so. hmmm..

So, lemme guess...the thrill is gone?

I heard your name on the radio, TC!  Woo hoo...this club is comin' up!

aw, shucks.  Thanks, y'alls.  I told Dred I was flattered, but I couldn't make the show.

Connected's playlist is getting to be a highlight of KFOG, FWIW.

Agreed.  It's right before my kid's bedtime, so we play some catch while it's on.  (Yeah, I know...no throwing balls in the house!  I'm already a bad influence!)

Regrettably, "Connected" doesn't come on at a very convenient time for me (generally it's dinnertime, and my wife has beat me to the telly to watch some old horror show). Although, I did DVR this time I won something!

When I saw the topic, the two songs that came to mind were the 'oo song and the Kim Wilde song.
