Once performed by the Princess and myself at The Mint (I beleive it was -- one talent and one non-talent, respectively).

I have a great memory of seeing Romeo Void at a national college radio convention in Wash DC 1980.
that must've been fun.
Also on the bill, The Plimsouls, a fun LA band.
Wow.  Great show!

it was hilarious last week to see Linda Perry -- responsible for one of the biggest One-Hit-Wonders of the '90s -- chiding today's artists for only caring about having one-off hit singles.

Oh, and also the Cretones, another LA band; Linda Ronstadt covered 3 of their tunes on her 1980 album Mad Love.
From Wiki: After the Cretones broke up, lead singer/songwriter Mark Goldenberg went on to write the song 'Automatic' for the Pointer Sisters, a hit in 1984. He later toured with artists such as Peter Frampton and Chris Isaak. Since 1994, he has been lead guitarist for Jackson Browne and continues to write, play, and produce. Cretones members Steve Beers and Peter Bernstein helped produce and compose the score to the TV show 21 Jump Street. Steve Beers has been producing television ever since, while Peter Bernstein has gone on to write numerous film and TV scores.

I'm still impressed by your attempt of "She Blinded Me With Science".
