OMG. The Sundays & Catherine Wheel!  Best 90s set ever.

So we have Cracker, and we have Sundays/Catherine Wheel. Actually, that's not a bad 'start'. What else has been played?

Westerberg, Natalie Merchant, and Black Crowes. (not listening, but following the Facebook  comments)

And the Lemonheads. Doesn't sound too bad.

7/21/11 Thursday!!!  Happy Happy Joy Joy in 1992!

(TV: Ren & Stimpy-Happy Happy Joy Joy)
 1. Cracker- Teen Angst ( What The World Needs Now)
 2. Soup Dragons- Divine Thing
(MOVIE: The Player with Tim Robbins)
 3. 10,000 Maniacs- Candy Everybody Wants
 4. Paul Westerberg- Dyslexic Heart
(MOVIE: Singles with Eddie Vedder)
 5. Pearl Jam- Alive
(NEWS: Ross Perot on jobs /"Giant Sucking Sound Going South")
 6. Black Crowes- Remedy
 7. Lyle Lovett- I've Been to Memphis
(MOVIE: Wayne's World)
 8. The Sundays- Love
 9. Catherine Wheel- Black Metallic (B.O.S!!)
(MOVIE: The Player/ Mrs Robinson/ Graduate sequel idea)
10. Lemonheads- Mrs. Robinson

well, I'll give AL credit for a clever segue at the end. But '90s twice a week is not my idea of "happy happy joy joy"...

Would "Alive" be a bustout?

Regrettably it appears I was correct about Lovett.

Wow, just catching up belatedly, but - WOW! - Not only did "Black Metallic" get played, but it won BOS!?  Truly one of my 90's faves, and one for the XL set.  WOW.

Pretty awesome set...except for Pearl Jam.  BOS's to Catherine Wheel, Sundays, & Lyle Lovett (apparently, I've acquired the taste.)

I could've sworn that AL had played Catherine Wheel once before...but I just searched for it and nothing came up.  I'll echo the sentiments of a bustout/rarity getting BOS, tho.  Seems to have happened quite a bit these past two weeks.  Maybe they'll see this and allow AL to keep 'em coming.
