Dave spilled the beans at 6am, and promised Bram Tchaikovsky. Now if he'd take a cue from the Peak and do the 12-string trifecta by including the Shoes and the Records...

Heds up gang--today's Dave's birthday. He let it slip while they were talking to the guy from 21st Amendment brewpub this morning. Hope he's got something up his sleeve.
Let's get right to it.

they sang "Happy-B-Day" and gave him a cake early this morning. Is '79 the year he moved to SF?

Don't know for sure, but that sounds about right.

Sista Sledge. I'm usually tired of this but it sounds good right now.

As a TOTHC it's working nicely. Hoping for a big dose of 79 power pop, as Mike alluded above. Maybe some Fabulous Poodles?

Third time I've heard "Logical Song" this week, in three completely unrelated contexts.  Heard "Goodbye Stranger" while en route to Rehoboth as well.  You'd think Supertramp had reunited for Live 8.

ooo, the Fab Poos! haven't thought of them in ages.  Aside from Bram T., I suspect we'll have to settle for the Knack.
