That's a pretty good evaluation.  They were in Bill Aucoin's stable of Kiss-wannabee's (anyone remember Piper?).  Iirc, Paul Stanley even produced this.

I would LOVE for AL to play Piper (Billy Squier was a member). "Can't Wait" and "Who's Your Boyfriend" are power-pop gems and got tons of NY airplay.
