I'm a collector of this song, but haven't heard this before.  Bobby Womack sounds plausible.

Looks as if someone's hijacked the KFOG site. Went there a couple minutes ago to tune in for today's set and instead got an error page with a "Dotnetnuke" banner. WTF?

Lucky my browser had cached the url for the cumulus player, which is working just fine.
