BOS Schoolhouse Rock, "The Great American Melting Pot."  Wish we'd gotten the whole song, it's one of Dorough's best.

TANC: earlier Radio de Sebb played his complete version of "3 is a Magic Number", much to my delight.

Neil!

most impressive -- another song Dave would've been afraid to play. The transformation of 10@10 from request-phobic to request-centric is complete.

OMFG2 -- the Yes cover of S&G's "America". Jon Anderson's probably never seen a Mrs Wagner's Pie in his life.

"I'm Just a Bill" would have been a good choice, too.

Love the Neil Diamond!

another BOS to Yes.  It's patriotic prog rock, dude.

Maybe its because I've been listening to Laurie Anderson's latest album Homeland, but I'm not especially patriotic today.

Then Paul's "American Tune" should be your BOS, as it is mine.

well, it's like New Years Eve: there's so much pressure to go out and have a good time on Dec 31st, that a lot of people end up unfulfilled and disappointed.  Own your Laurie-inspired feelings for now, and in a few more weeks you can have an August Fourth celebration!
