As I recall, one of the orig guys quit/was replaced in a contractual dispute.

was that Billy West?    he did GREAT voices, and did an extended stint on The Howard Stern show.
Oops, I'm totally wrong about which Billy.  My bad.  Billy Mumy was in Barnes and Barnes of "Fish Heads" fame.  Duhhh......

Anyway, it didn't sound like Billy West.

So to complete the full mea culpa, not that anyone is listening, but the HHJJ song is sung by "Stinky Wizzleteats", rather than Stimpy.  So it could be Billy West, but just not sounding like Stimpy.  Actually, it sounds more like John Kricfalusi, the creator of the show and many of the voices including Ren.

BOS for this one, which is Screaming Trees, right?

ETA: Looked it up. "Nearly Lost You".  Good stuff, and NTM.

that's funny, 'cause it's the only song of theirs I ever heard on the radio.

"Butterfly" got a small amount of airplay as I recall, but "Nearly Lost You" was far and away their most played song.

BOS Screaming Trees
VHM Soup Dragons
WOS Clapton

Would love to hear in a 1992 set, but probably won't: "Good Stuff", B-52's. Hell, anything off of that IMHO vastly underrated album.

hmm, I see that in the Amoeba clearance bins all the time.  That's after Cindy Wilson quit for a while?   I'll have to get a copy.
