Based on recent days, I'm guessing mid-'90s.

I fear you may be right, 'specially since I think we're getting an Elvis set tomorrow.

Annie Lennox's "Little Bird" tells me '92.

a Moreytrina, iirc.  No dis to Annie, but I hope this '92 set is half as good as '87 was Tuesday.  "Diamonds & Pearls", perhaps?

I thought "Little Miss Can't Be Wrong" was fresh when it came out.  Then "Two Princes" stayed in radio rotation for two years and I came to despise the guy's voice and the empty-sounding drums that defined too much early-'90s alt-rock.

I don't hate the Spin Doctors as some do, but "Little Miss..." was fairly standard KFOG stuff in '92.

Radicaldigits is very happy.

How many years of mystery has AL done?  There was 1997...and I think there was a 1985-ish set too.

VHM for me -- really liked this when it came out, but, as you say, they susbsequently became over-played and didn't hold up well in repitition.

Yes!  BOS to XTC, "The Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead," one of the best singles of the decade.

Getting some server slowness today, alas, for the first time in a couple weeks.

YES! in downtown Oakland we felt a big jolt. Not one of those rolling, lingering ones.

VHM XTC, tho' "Peter Punpkinhead" is not exactly a bustout either.
