Real Life's "Send Me an Angel" didn't chart until early '84 ... but yes, this is definitely an '83 set.

So did "She's a Beauty" really chart in 83?  The album came out in 1981, and I'm pretty sure we usually hear it in that year.
ETA: Oops, never mind.  It's from Outside Inside, not Completion Backwards Principle.
