So who's doing the retake on Sleigh Ride?

dunno, but I like it. Sexy voice.

I think Darryl nailed it--K. T. Tunstall.
Let's get right to it.

what is it with creepy old guys and Xmas songs?  Dr John and Leon's Red Bone.

AL's put a lot of work into collecting clips for this occasion, so kudos for that alone.

You listening on terrestrial radio? If you're talking about Mr. Grinch, you're a couple minutes ahead of the rest of us.

Y'know, we really had the good fortune to be kids in the golden era of Christmas television specials. I wonder if kids today will have the same reverence for Rudolph and How the Grinch and Charlie Brown Christmas etc?

Not sure about kids nowadays, but I specifically looked forward to watching those every year up until I left for college. (in 01.)  Loved Rudolph!!

from Xmas to... Halloween? Zevon, "Werewolves". Hope we get a Hanukka bonus track (and hope it's NOT Adam Sandler).
