HM to The Knack and their thing for young girls. I mean, seriously- these guys were hella preoccupied.

"Good Girls Don't", "That's What the Little Girls Do", "Maybe Tonight"... the list goes on.

"My Sharona" was their only real hit, right?

They totally influenced the "look" of the decade to follow- what with dem skinny ties & all.

I don't know what qualifies as a hit, but I certainly heard GGD on the radio a whole hell of a lot!

Good Girls Don't reached #11. But the following year, the 2nd album ("But the Little Girls Understand") produced a "Sharona" soundalike (Baby Talks Dirty) that just grazed the top 40. And then-- oblivion.

I remember them having a third track that got airplay, but damned if I can recall which one it is now, even after looking at the track listing--"Frustrated" maybe? Not as big as either of the other two in any case.
Let's get right to it.

Here's the disco, where's the Alicat?

This should be her final Monday on the job, iirc.

Indeed. I was listening but not logged in. Not the best 79 ever.
