ok, I know I'm not the only one who noticed the opening organ riff of You Keep Me Hanging On matches VERY closely the Nah-Nah-nah-nah vocals of Hush, Am I?

well, XTC were lying in Summer's Cauldron in '87...

Very Moreyesque set so far. Hush was one of his faves in '68. And everything else we've heard got played at least a time or two during Dave's run. Vanilla Fudge gets BOS from me.

the songs by themselves, maybe, but Dave never went through a whole sixties set with nothing but heavy rockers, and so far we are either 6 or 7 deep.  I gots to give Annalisa kudos, and wonder if consciously or subconsciously she's responding to the caller who said yesterday's '83 was too guitar-centric.  Either way I'm diggin' it.

I never would have guessed this was the Monkees.  Sounds like Michael Nesmith solo, pretty much.  And nice cop of the Byrds' "Feel a Whole Lot Better" riff.  And how does somebody get to be named "Lather"?
