have to totally disagree with Mike, Blair Witch was over-rated, but Scream (the first) was excellent.  Wes Craven at the height of his powers, and Neve Campbell at the [irony]height[/irony] of hers (depending on how much of a voyeur you are when you watch Wild Things)*.

*I'm personally on the fence (& own both DVD's), but many hetero guys I've known have an extremely high opinion of Wild Things.

I'm hoping we might get Roky Erickson's "I walked With a Zombie" -- if anyone might play that one, it's AL.

Sorry, I think Scream is nowhere near as clever as it thinks it is. It's no better than the bad movies it's trying to parody.

Blair Witch, OTOH, is absolutely godawful -- the ultimate overrated "the emperor has no clothes" Sundance discovery.
