VHM the Stray Cats' last gasp.

Wasn't this from their first album?  Those Cats blew through their nine lives pretty quickly then, eh?
Tho Brian Setzer came back strong in the swing revival

WOS 2 and 3 to the Stray Cats and Violent Femmes.  What a way to end the set.  & I wouldn't mind the VF so much except that I have bad memories of that song from high school.  Everyone tried to play it or sing it in order to become one of the 'in crowd'...  ::) (Don't ask, I don't understand either.)

A complete reversal from most Annalisa sets, where she plays what are the most annoying ones IMO at the beginning.

2nd (US) album. The first (in '82) was really a best-of compiled from UK stuff they'd done, iirc.

Bow Wow Wow (On principle; this is the first time I've heard a song by them that's not 'I Want Candy')

You owe it to yourself to check this out when you have a chance: their ballsy ode to home-taping.

"C30, C60, C90, Go!"
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”

BOS Bow Wow Wow (although there are about six other songs I could choose)
WOS Donald Fagen. Steely Dan is runner-up only to Pink Floyd on my personal guilty displeasure list.

That song is awesome on many different levels.

"Do You Wanna Hold Me?" oh yes! BOS3 BWW

BOS BWW
oh man, such a crush on Annabella.  Saw them back in 83, too!  they played the Rochester Armory on Main Street, I believe.
She was hot - probably still is - saw them also in 83 at Red Rocks

Wasn't she 14 at the time?

According to Wikipedia, she was born 10/31/1966, so she probably was 16 at the time. And 42 now.
