Please, Bob: a surprise or three.

Pre-set we're getting some godawful Rush song about free will.  Most people with free will are switching stations.

Bob says: "in 1977 the Alaska pipeline is completed -- you betcha!"

Playas only love you when they playin', y'alls. Or when they singin' wit goats.

VHM the Money Man, channeling/ripping off/paying homage to the DC5's "Because" on "Baby Hold On".

luckily the stream crapped out and I missed UFO. But here's Santana's completely unnecessary cover of "She's Not There".  Hope Carlos had a good time at the Giants game last nite

BOS/proxy of several: MTB for the 2nd time in as many weeks.

and if those of you who love "Heard it in a Love Song" have never heard Clint Black's "A Better Man" from the late '80s neo-trad country era -- it's as loving an hommage to the MTB sound as you'll ever hear:

BOS2 Kinks, "Juke Box Music".  Arista wanted so desperately for them to have hit singles; it would take until 1983's "Come Dancing" for the band to finally reach the Top Ten.

thanks, will give it a go later.  The set looked good to me.  esp UFO and ELO and Los Kinks.
