I'm back!  Reasonably well rested & a little sunburned.  This song can be dedicated to my boss.

Good year!  I'm home from work today, so can join in for a live 10at10 play-by-play.  Nuthin From Nuthin!

AL's getting funky.   wasn't the consensus last week that she sort of missed some chances to inject some R&B and Soul into her sets?

indeed -- somebody musta told her that soul's been lacking, relative to Dave's sets, despite the mostly stellar job she's been doing.  Is this gonna be an all-soul set? she really does approach her years thematically.

ETA: this is her 2nd '74 set this month -- last one was a little over 2 weeks ago, on the 6th. Odd, considering the 2-month rotation we've been on.

'74 could easily be a great Soul Patrol set!

all funky/soulful, but also all mainstream/Moreyish.  Hope she pulls out a bustout or 3.

our long national nightmare is over again.

from soul ...to the incredibly white stylings of 3DN.  And one of theirs that Dave didn't play very often.

ETA: the Sound appears to be doing '92 or '3

yes, mainstream, but there's a reason it was popular:  even white boys in the 'burbs could shake their bony butts to it.

here's a bustout:  Nixon busting out of the White House, that is.
