Wow, BOS for Euphoria.  I didn't think I'd ever hear this of KFrOG.  They're a standby on RadioParadise.

this was in very heavy KFOG rotation when it was new  -- I got quite sick of it, actually. But it's been a while, so VHM.

isn't this the incidental muzak we hear on the stream every once in a while?   It's very psuedo-NewAge (rhymes with "sewage")

I was thinking the same thing. I knew I'd heard this, couldn't remember where. And regretfully we don't hear this sort of stuff any more; now it's all Berkeley Rep ads and Danica Patrick signing some guy's boobs.
Let's get right to it.

Really?  I guess that just goes to show that I haven't been listening to the radio for several years.

Back into more standard KFOGgery with Joe Satriani.  I don't really dig this.

Satriani continues the sorta mellow, dreamlike vibe.

I didn't make a request, but I'm hoping for Billy Preston's Outta Space

Satriani continues the sorta mellow, dreamlike vibe.

Two out of four that appeared in previous Strictly Instrumental sets (assuming the alternate Time is Tight counts).
Let's get right to it.

BOS for the KFOG staple Eric Johnson.  I've always thought of him as a more melodic Joe Satriani.

Eric Johnson? Oughta be a law against playing him and Satriani back-to-back.

And if that weren't enough guitar wank, here's the pseudo-Satriani. (Eric Johnson, for those of you following along at home.)

this guy can wield an axe, but it's kinda blending into the Joe Satrionics we just heard.

Real BOS for Hugh Masekela's "Grazing in the Grass", not to mention Bruce Dickinson!
It's a gas, baby!  Can you dig it?

always, always a BOS(3) for Mr Masakela. Suddenly it's July of '68, it's hot and humid and there's no air conditioning.
