good to hear the ZZ Top.  I'm tempted to go to Bone Bash, where they will open for Aerosmith.  but I hear it's sold out and tix were expensive to begin with.

Meanwhile, so the wine cooler phenomenon was strange, didn't we used to call that stuff "Malt Duck" or something?

uh oh, crapton.

JCM was born in a small town. But he had his heart attack/bypass surgery in LA.

WOS Heart, entering power-ballad-land never to return.  Apparently "These Dreams" (written by Martin Page and Bernie Taupin) was offered to the Goat, who turned it down.

Sting builds a fortress, so he can have tantric sex without being disturbed.

prob the closest The Drive will ever get to the real Madonna.   I had a mini-Madonna mood the other day on my flight back to SFO, Delta provides some mp3s to create a playlist, so I was cranking "Borderline" in my headphones.  Prob my fave song by her.  Along w her mid career hits, Cherish, Live To Tell, Open Your Heart, Express Yourself and Vogue.
