Re: melodicas, San Jose fogheads probably remember that guy who shows up at Morning Show remotes w/ his, right?

I not only remember that guy, we became friends over the years at those remotes.  His name is Dave Coldren & once upon a time he even logged on here for about 3 posts.  He quit a good job at KLA-Tencor to do music full time.

BOS to the Siouxsie--it's a bustout, but she's not. Kiss Them For Me popped up in '91 a couple of times.
Let's get right to it.

Nope, a friend who's a *huge* Durannie (is that phrase still in use?) shot it and posted it on her FB album.
Let's get right to it.

Re: Duran Duran @ Filmore, this lede cracked me up:

Quote
The last time Duran Duran headlined a show in the Bay Area, it was for 12,000 people at one of those concrete cattle sheds in the suburbs. On Tuesday, the long-running British pop band made its return to the much more compact Fillmore, inspiring the kind of pandemonium in the city's thirtysomething population not seen since NBC canceled "Will & Grace."

His wife was Ann, as I recall, and both of their kids attended one time or the other.  very cool people.
