I was listening in the car when the Country Joe track came on, and went wild!  I was wondering if any of you would know this song.  When I called up AL to BOS, she thanked me profusely!  Killer track, with a dripping sense of simultaneous respect, sarcasm, and joy!

definitely BBOS, Best Bass Of Set

It was NTM, and CJ&tF got lots of prog-FM airplay in NYC back in the day.

get the gun!   Still a stunning clip -- no Tom Clay necessary. But following with the Tempts "Wish it Would rain" is fabulous, giving me chills.  A very Morey segue. BOS5

ETA: and we keep cryin' with Mr Chilton.

Listened to almost all of the set in the car, and that segue gave me chills, too.   Pretty cool for a Tuesday.

That's not just little heard, that's an arterially deep cut.

Just listening to the replay, and the MLK snippet is from one of my favorite sermons of his, the Drum Major Instinct.  It's long, but if you're in the mood someday, and have access to it, check it out.
