Don't know much about her, but I just found out that Robert Fripp was a founding member of the Flying Lizards--I did not know that!

The singer was Patti Palladin, she did the Chrissie Hynde thing, moving to London & fronting a band full of British guys.

I find them all the time, although most are far more obscure than this one.  I'll keep you posted.

that was fun!  Some good hooks here and there, but also a tad anemic... several moments where you wish the production popped more -- and that her voice was more heftier.

But I'll give it a BOSFRA.

Cindy Bullens is still around; had a great song on RadioParadise in the last few years: "It Was a Long Way Down (But I Liked Falling)".  Sad story that her (teenage, I think) daughter died.  Terrible to think about.

She sure sounds like Patty Smythe.

Smythe woulda pronounced it "Suh-WHY-whuh"
