we heard that same AIDS clip last time, but at least it was more than a month ago (just barely).

VHM Dire Straits & the segue into "So Far Away".

it was at the time, but Dave played it again in 2008 once.  BOS from me as well.

ETA: Another one of those not very good 80's movies with a superior soundtrack.  I have this on vinyl.

The book is really good; they changed the ending for the movie.

OK, there are two sets in the DB that lead with Radioactive. If it's the one from 2007, meh. But if it's the one from 2005 (that was a classic then) then there's goodies afoot.

Ah, crap, it's the 2007 one.

Had it been the classic from Ought-five, we'd have Bozo Goes To Bitburg and Bastards of Young to look forward to. Damn.

Then again this set is Bryan Adams-less.   ;)

I must say this set hasn't been bad at all. (Besides, I heard "Bastards of Young" when i saw Adventureland the other nite)  VHM early Chris Isaak.

It is generally true that students love anything that explodes and/or catches on fire.  But I assume that is no surprise to any.

Hey all -- I think it was this set ... when they played it in the morning, they completely cut off Dave's recount of the songs at the end.  It was very very weird.  Did anybody else catch that?  Was I just dreaming?

GAH.  Maybe it was an omen of things to come (I just read Re: Dave and am especially dismayed to hear about cutting his voice out of old shows.  Geeawd that would just suck.  Royally.)
