NYC's WPIX-FM (circa 1979, one of the best radio stations ever) had as its slogan "From Elvis to Elvis", and their newspaper ads featured Presley morphing into Costello.

Likewise. I was floored when I heard Terry Allen's version and found out he actually wrote it--it sounds like a George composition.
