Proxy BOS for my wife & kids:  They all love "Boogie Nights" for some reason & frequently walk around the house singing it.

i was glad no one mentioned how much they hated the doobie song. tho' i deserve it, what with all the jackson frowns i give.

I actually am starting to kinda like it, if only for the "Salt Peanuts" quote in the guitar solo.

HM to the Mondo Elvis clip.
Let's get right to it.

Another missed opportunity to play "Way Down" or "Hurt."  Ah well.

I think I'm gonna go play some Yahtzee.

Go rent Mondo Elvis. It is to Elvis fanatics what Trekkies was to trekkies. And these twins are probably the scariest ones of the lot.
Let's get right to it.

NYC's WPIX-FM (circa 1979, one of the best radio stations ever) had as its slogan "From Elvis to Elvis", and their newspaper ads featured Presley morphing into Costello.

Are we on tune #10?  I was hoping the set might end with Player's "Baby Come Back."

Another Hot Damn!!!  "New Delhi Freight Train"

although DDT plays it with some regularity, still I just love this song.

Likewise. I was floored when I heard Terry Allen's version and found out he actually wrote it--it sounds like a George composition.

I've never heard Terry Allen's version, do you own a copy?  That'd be something for the gathering!
