their player won't work for me anyway -- but it looks like 1984(?) which still beats '87.

Well, we've heard this specific set twice before anyway--August 22, '07 and Feb 1 '07. So I'm willing to take a flyer on LA.
Let's get right to it.

Yep.  That's him.  Not a great song.

Yep.  That's him.  Not a great song.

And a rather ill-conceived concept album in general.

Guys, I bailed for 1984 in LA.  Talking Heads live right now.

I'm there now.  Is that an internet only station?  It's hard to tell.  Nice quality stream, in any case.

3/3/09 - Tuesday!  Good times in...1987!!!

   1.  Roger Waters - Radio Waves
   2.  Tom Petty - The Damage You've Done
   3.  REM - The End of the World
   4.  Sting - We'll Be Together
   5.  Concrete Blonde - Still in Hollywood
   6.  Georgia Satellites - Keep Your Hands to Yourself
   7.  Prince - Sign of the Times
   8.  U2 - Bullet the Blue Sky (BEST OF SET!!)
   9.  John Hiatt - A Thing Called Love
 10.  Crowded House - Something so Strong

BONUS TRACK:  Squeeze - Hourglass

yup, even the bonus was a Katrina. This was the FIFTH 1987 set we've had since Dec 11th. The REM, Prince and Crowded House tunes have all appeared more than once in that time.

Dave's been gone two+ months, the intern (or whatever her name is) is gettin' SLOPPY. (Even moreso, I mean.)

I'm thinking maybe it's Annalisa's job to sit there and write down the songs and give them to the web intern -- yeah, that's it! Let's blame Annalisa!

No, it's Trish.  Blame something else on Annalisa, shouldn't be too hard.
