I was going to BOS "Master Blaster (Jammin')," but Devo's "Freedom of Choice" wins Best of Week.

For the most part, yes.  I *despise* what they did with "Satisfaction" and "Working in a Coal Mine," and they let their outfits overtake their lyrics.  But the lyrics are why I love "Freedom of Choice" so much.
