"Some stupid with a flare gun ...," later to become an album title for Ass Ponys.

Snapple was introduced in 1972?!  Wow.  I first heard of it from Howard Stern in the mid '80s ...

Snapple was originally produced in a tiny building on my home turf of Ridgewood, Queens! They moved to a big factory in Valley Stream when success forced them to expand. And indeed, it may have been "introduced" in '72 but I only became aware of it in the late '70s, and in the early days they weren't known for juice so much as for "natural sodas", carbonated drinks with no artificial colors and the like (they made a clear cola years before Pepsi Free).

By which, they meant "raging boner," right?

Meantime, segueing from Geraldine into "Old Man" is a touch puzzling.

I often wonder what would've happened if Argent had had the hit on "Liar" and 3DN had covered "Hold Your Head Up".

VHM the Dan, one of my favorite intros on "Do it Again". I always imagine myself walking down the street, "Stayin' Alive"-style, while opening credits roll.
