I had heard "I Want You To Want Me" many times and even knew that the LP was called Live At Budakan.  But it was a lot longer before I could figure out why the singer was so painfully over-enunciating when he announced the song title, because of course budakan is in Japan & he had to speak   s l o w l y & c l e a r l y.

I like Prince well enough, but his voice is nails on a chalkboard on this track.  Pretty soon he's gonna be singing so high only dogs can hear him.
