"Yesterday's Dreams" would make a PERFECT tune #10 today.

Yup.  But feels weird to only give the Beatles (yay) an HM vote.

"HJ" was a song I worshipped back then (when I was 13) but now I really only need to hear it once a year, if that. Too many na-na-na's.

OMG, what a great RFK clip.

BOS3 to Los Bravos, "Bring a Little Water," one Dave hasn't trotted out in ages.

And our third vinyl entry of the morning (along with the Dells and the Beatles outtake).
Let's get right to it.

is this the other vinyl?  This was totally NTM the last time Dave played it -- quite a rarity, not a NY hit. VHM.

and another VHM Fever Tree.

just have to say *way to go Dave*.  Some good stuff.  Yeah, gotta have some staples in there -- "Hey Jude" was a hit for a reason, I guess --  but nice job w these other ones from the fringes of the charts.  Doesn't sound like the usual KFOG, which is a good thing!

Ditto -- after I dumped on Dave for a couple of very uninspired sets earlier in the week, I must say he's rebounded in a major way with yesterday's '74 set and now this, one of his best '68 sets in ages, with a bunch of new news clips instead of the ones he usually trots out.  Kudos, Mr Morey!

An Amboy Dukes twin-spin? WTF?

(Hope Dave starts doing more stuff like this in his remaining days in SF.)
Let's get right to it.
