obviously, I'm with you on 8, but why Yes on 11 -- I'm confused on that one, seems at first glance like an awfully convoluted selection process to set up that "commission". Give me your best argument why "yes".

As it stands today, the politicians get to choose their voters, instead of the other way around.  Which is flatly un-democratic.  Full Stop.
