BOS4FRA, the Cure.  One of Dave's more impressive '92 sets, and it may beat Rob's from earlier today, which was rather Moreyesque.

Ah, but here's that uber-Katrina, "I Love You Goodbye".

I think it was about at this point that I decided the 90s were welcome relief from the 80s, which I really didn't enjoy, musically.  The Black Crowes were part of what influenced that feeling.

I like this version better than (Donna Summers?), but still not crazy about it..

Yes, Andy White was the session musician who drummed on "Love Me Do" and "PS I Love You".  Its Ringo drumming on the single versions and Andy on the album versions, or vice-versa.  Andy now lives in NJ.  A year or so ago a musician friend of mine in NJ sent me a photo of him with Andy White.
