WOS: this consequence of Michael McDonald's Doobie Coup.

The princess and I will not stand for these repeated McDonald disses!

"Chrysler Plymouth Coming Through!" seems more a comment on its immodest heft than its drivability.

I don't know if I'm losing my mind, but the phrase "immodest heft" just cracked me up.

It seems perfectly appropo to countless other things, such as the Wall St. bailout, John Madden, muscle cars, and Patriots fans' egos.

I like everything about that song except the steel drums.

But yay for Wonder Woman!

Funnily enough, my Three Songs post also concerns instrumentation.

Is this CSN?  New to me, and I like it (though the music seems better suited to, say, Jigsaw).

Oh, Mike, my eyes!!!  It's a rough day to read the boards.  (and WHAT is that piece of her at the bottom?  I shudder to think...)

Yep, "I Give You Give Blind" from their CSN LP in '77.  I should pull that album out for a spin.
