8/8/8 is lucky, all right: '72 from Rob and '69 from Bob.

OMFG and BOS: Todd, "Couldn't I Just Tell You". That this wasn't a huge hit single is one of the tragedies of the '70s.  The Raspberries shoulda covered it.

I was away from the computer & couldn't registered my BOS vote for Jimmy Cliff's "The Harder They Come."

We heard "America" the song, and now we hear America the band.  VHM to "Horse."

I think it was someone here who pointed out the genius of the "Horse With No Name" arrangement: the first refrain is sung solo, the second as two-man harmony, and the third with all three in harmony.  Great build that way.

and Rob makes it a Goodman twin-spin of sorts with Arlo's "City of New Orleans". BOS3, still lovely.

Sorry, Rob -- Tull's "Living in the Past" peaked at #11, not #3.
