Internet Radio Devices

considering the bit in the local paper this AM, I thought maybe a discussion area for internet radio was in order.  If it already exists, I can merge the topics.

I wish the pics enclosed were more illustrative as to their functionality and visual output.  Guess I'll have to go to C|Net or such for that.  But yes, I'm sure I'll invest in one of these or similar devices in the next 12 months.

not really a true "internet radio device" related post, but sort of appropriate:

for those interested in taping online streams, check out this from a recent Ben Fong-Torres column:

"How to record a show off the Internet.......Audacity, a free version of such audio recording and editing programs as Adobe Audition, has a beta (1.3.7) that has Shark-like features. It's essentially an audio TiVo, allowing timed recordings (look for the "transport" tab). The beta is at http://audacity.sourceforge.net."

I imagine a few folks here will be into this!!
