a great 2-1/2 min song to play right before the news, in my radio days.

Doing much better than yesterday, so far all four of the songs have only 2 or 3 previous plays in the Db.

Back in late 70's, I went from my home in NJ to NYC. While exiting the Port Authority bus terminal, the band Heatwave's bus was out front with the band members coming or going, wearing those satin baseball-style jackets with band logo on back. It was cool to take a minute to say hello to them when they were enjoying stardom.

Despite this being the 10th time "Boogie Nights" shows up in the Db, incl. twice in VT's, it's rate is still lower than each of the first 9 songs we heard yesterday in 1993.

ETA: and just to illustrate the difference between Dave's 70's sets and late 80's & 90's sets: it is only with this spin of "Isn't It Time" that it cracks the 20% barrier.  We'd all agree we hear this *A LOT*, but Dave still gives us plenty of variety in '77.

which of course speaks volumes about Dave's limited palette in '90s sets.  This Babys tune has gotta be up there, no?
