BOS2 (or maybe 3) for Mr. McMurtry.

I saw him at Villa Montalvo.  He was kind of relentlessly low- to mid-tempo which didn't make for an inspiring show, though his lyrics are fantastic.  He did generate some enthusiasm for "Choctaw Bingo", a great song.

Yep, I'd be inclined to vote for this or the Peps.

ETA: I thought I heard Chris Difford in there.  AMG conforms that he and Tillbrook both appear on that track, with Tillbrook playing guitar as well as singing.

One more BOS: Better than Ezra, Good. Always dug this tune, and it's sounding good.

Looks like once again no Jayhawks in '95, despite their Tomorrow the Green Grass having been released this year.
