VHM Percy.  Ship of Fools, indeed.
I think he did some awesome work with Eno.

the fretless zoop caught my ear, but I guess not every UK fretless track comes from Pino.

Thought it might have been, but not in this case. AMG says it's Phil Scragg.
Let's get right to it.

You mean the guy who was in Brand X? Percy Jones. Phil Collins' fusion side project. GREAT bassist.

I think Mike was referring to Plant's nickname, Percy.
Let's get right to it.

Sorry gang.  I apparently tore a muscle in my calf yesterday while playing hookie in the city (on my way into Amoeba Records, no less).  Today is all about doctor visits & getting fitted for crutches.  No camping trip this weekend with the extended family afterall.

The only upside, I'll qualify for a temporary handicapped parking pass.

I think the song in question is the Church, if I'm right Dave played it once last year.

catch y'all tomorrow.

Feel, better, bub!  You certainly didn't miss anything spectacular in this '88 set.  But the Drive's '74 was nice.

Well I hope you didn't let that stop you from picking up a few CDs at Amoeba before hobbling off to the medics.

And now I guess you'll just have to spend the weekend in front of the TV seeing how your picks do in the NCAA. At any rate, hope you feel better and are up and around soon.
Let's get right to it.
