Dave has done at least one set of car songs. Is there a set list in the archives?

My first -- and to date, only -- car was a white 1992 VW Cabriolet convertible.  This isn't it, but it looks just like it:

That's funny because my current everyday commuter car is a white 97 VW Cabrio that I got from a girlfriend as a favor to sell it for her, but it grew on me and I kept it. My 60's cars are weekend only fun.

without the bra. and the chick:

i totalled it when a median suddenly appeared on old el camino. a couple of big bumps. then i opened the door, stepped into the street (into oncoming traffic), and realised i'd been sitting in just the frame. the tires were rolling down the street, and the carriage was a few meters behind the frame. i bought a nice, sturdy nissan sentra next.

That car is great!  It looks like a half-unwrapped chocolate.  (Fitting, since the model is a half-unwrapped bonbon too.)

my first car, when I was a starving college junior, was a 1973 lime green Vega wagon, which needed a quart of oil with each tank of gas.  Got it for $400.  No pic could do it justice.

You probably heard that Neil Young's San Carlos warehouse was damaged today by fire; guitars, paintings, vintage cars. Article includes TV news video: http://www.mercurynews.com/breaking-news/ci_16563284
