BOS B.A.D. -- best of a bad lot, I'll wager.

Call was short & sweet, back in time for my BOS for Rush.

(after lots of WOS votes for Rush yesterday I'm sure)

I think I always ask this when this song comes on, but is that Peter Sellers doing the bit about "rhythm and melody"?  What is it from?

I believe it is Sellers but I'm blanking on the source. I have a 4-CD Peter Sellers box at home, it's probably on there somewhere.

Does it include The Ladykillers?  I got that one, his first feature.

REM gets to the show, yo ho ho. Stipe trying to be hip-hop reminds me of that clip of Romney saying "Who Let da Dogs Out?"

Hey Hey Hey!

Yo ho ho!

KRS-1 + REM = most unlikely duet of the year methinks.

no, not movies -- it's all his comedy albums from the 50s & '60, including his Beatle-song covers (like a Shakesperean recitation of "A Hard day's Night") -- produced by none other than George Martin.

From the BAD samples web page:

"Ah yes, delightful, delightful...I wish I could sing like that...the only thing that's important these days is rhythm and melody..." "You've Got Me Swingin'" by Peter Sellers.

BOS2 My Own Private Idaho-ho-ho.

and here's the inevitable "Enter Sandman"

(at least it's not the Pat Boone version)

It would be cool to hear this interpolated with Pat Boone's version (which, sadly, isn't from 1991).
