A friend of mine asked that I report on my trip to the Exploratorium in my blog, so, I did!:

This is one where I would really appreciate you sharing your opinion.

I put in my two cents worth on the blogpage, and I note that Rod already had.
thanks guys, I appreciate your contributions.  I thought about the mermaid thing too, and found the bill, but it doesn't actually use the word mermaid.  It seems like the same old weirdness Buss brought up out of the blue in one of his State of the Union speeches.  Life is indeed sounding more and more like The Onion all the time!

Geoff really got his money's worth for your two cents.  I just chimed in too.  Geoff, great idea for a post; very relevant to other current events too.

Yes, this one got a lot of response, particularly from the 10@10 crowd.  It has given me much to think about, and am considering a followup essay, but I think that's a bit much.

If there's a follow up essay, I'll reply about quantum pysics.

Health Care Debate (so-called)
« Reply #201 on: August 11, 2009, 09:51:53 PM »
Here is my latest rant, focusing on the way the so-called "Healthcare Debate" is being carried out.

I'm hoping that anyone who's had some experience in the healthcare field to share with the rest of us.

not exactly sure where else to put this fascinating article from The Atlantic, but if Geoff isn't inspired to blog about it I'll be mildly shocked.

I don't want to shock you, but I'm not sure I feel like writing about their business practices just yet.  They essentially destroyed my online business, which perhaps is for the best as far as my career change is concerned.

Health Care Reality
« Reply #207 on: February 27, 2010, 12:53:35 AM »
My friend Tyree requested a blog on the topic, and I'm not sure if this is what he wanted, but it's where I ended up!:

http://ggould.blogspot.com/2010/02/search-for-reality.html

We are definitely in an info overload situation about health care, which I think only helps the forces of the status quo.

Race Against Time

I've been working on this for a while; not sure it's worth working on for so long, but if I don't stop writing, the election I'm talking about will be over and done!
