Sounds like a loooong version, but not all that long.  I still like this one.  Gracias.

another HM to "Romeo's Tune", (dedicated to Florence Ballard, BTW), but I wish dave'd play some other Forbert tunes, as Rob often does.

I have a funny feeling that Steve Forbert doesn't figure in it either.

The new forum is quite beautiful, but is there any way to avoid getting kicked out to the top-level thread list after each post?

Started to post and then noticed all the nifty formatting buttons that come with this new BB. Interesting--we're gonna have fun playing with some of this.

BOS for Steve Forbert, if only for lack of competition so far.

Let's get right to it.

and it also doesn't involve disco-lounge-lizard era Rod Stewart.  Just Henry Rollins and a gallon of Whipped cream.

Say no more  ;)

Bonus points for rhyming "apartment" with "heart meant", but otherwise, no thanks.

I'm afraid the new wink icon looks like a guy with a black eye, or a pirate who lost his eyepatch strap and just glued it on.

Jello for Mayor? Dare I hope we have Dead Kennedys in our future?

ETA: Alas, not. Suddenly the Clash feels like a disappointment. Only a little.

It's a holiday in the Tenderloin -- where people dress in drag!

well, we'll settle for the Clash. I saw the Joe Strummer docu this weekend -- essential viewing. MikeBob sez "check it out!"

Where'd you see it? I was thinking about catching it, but it looked like it had left the Lumiere.
