I may have already told this story, but I once performed this song at karaoke in Somerville near Boston; when I was done, emcee Mary Maryoke gushed, "I don't think you looked at the screen once during that."

The Beatles' "You Know My Name (Look Up the Number)" isn't a good call for this set - it's not really dumb and it's certainly not pleasurable.

"the ultimate test of cerebral fitness"  But the queens you sang for would not excite me.

I saw Chess in London in 1988 -- it had already opened and closed on B'way -- and I was surprised at how much I liked it.

"You Know My Name" and you know Gaz's WOS.  But I still find this a delightful homage to The Goon Show.

WOS2 to "Gimme Dat Ding," which only needs to be experienced about once a decade.

BOS for the Pipkins, but more for it's HFH aspect than it's goodness.

WOS -- worst of month -- "Puttin on the Ritz". Sorry, Gaz, *this* is a truly horrible record.

Too bad he doesn't put on the "Young Frankenstein" version.  I'd vote for that in a second.
