Have to assume they will. And it'd be heresy if they play anyplace other than the Cow Palace. (Which doesn't mean they won't.)
My only experience with Black Sabbath was a jillion years ago at a Day On The Green.  I was backstage with Cheap Trick, talking about making an 18-string bass.  They were real excited about seeing Black Sabbath when they were on.  How long ago was that?  Late 70's?

ETA: Wikipedia says "Day On The Green #2: Journey, Cheap Trick, Black Sabbath, Molly Hatchet, Shakin' Street (July 27, 1980)"

I did! I had thought the concert was Saturday, so I don't feel too bad about it. The Mrs. and I will be going to Noah and the Whale on Monday, though.

I saw Neil (from a distance) last night at the Sharks game. First wearing a hat and glasses. Kind of unrecognizable. Then after no hat and no glasses. Just looked like a kind of decrepit old guy.

saw The Civil Wars last night at The Fillmore.   I wasn't familiar, but a friend invited me. Sold out show, with a very mixed crowd, but overwhelmingly white.  not sure how to classify them: Appalachian/Nashville/Iris Dement/that Oscar winning song from the movie "Once."  gentle, lilting, harmonic, mournful, minimalist.  man and woman, they both sing, he plays guitar, she sometimes play piano.    very nice.
