You had me in a dither!  Sadly, "Peter Wolf" is actually "Peter Wolf Crier", whatever the hell that is.  But it aint the woob.  

ETA:  Thanks for the post, anyway.  If you ever do see Peter coming to town, don't hesitate to cry Wolf again!  Which, I see now, is the play on words the afore mentioned band was going for...  They probably don't have any idea who the J. Geils band were.

And the one for Portland says that Rodney Crowell is playing in McMinnville this Saturday. The venue's website says nothing about it. Methinks their technology is a little tetched.

OK, that's it.  I'm going!  I must hear them play Joan Of Arc live once in my life.  Definitely in my top 50 favorite songs of all time.
