Early BOS to "Fixing a Hole," probably one of the least-played from Sgt. Pepper.  But I'll assume close to, if not, a 10-way tie here.

Even bigger BOS to one of my true favorites from the Yay: "Your Mother Should Know."  I've long fantasized about re-creating the staircase-in-tuxes scene from MMT's presentation.

You need a little bit o' soul to see you thru!  But I thought sure we'd get the Cryin' Shames after that vintage (and new to me) commercial.

I was happy to have missed "Sugar and Spice."  But not so keen on getting "Dear Mr. Fantasy" in its stead -- "make it snappy" is a horrid line.

but it rhymes with "happy"...

I think "make it snappy" was a far more common expression in '67 than it is today

The only "prefects" in Top 40 history.  Must be a British thing.

and I know you'll satisfy me.

until now I never considered this to be an answer song to "Satisfaction", but i guess it probably is, no?

"What number is this, chap?"
"SEVEN-A."
"OK, man, don't get excited ... It's cuz I'm short, I know."

BBBOS to "Daydream Believer."  Simply gorgeous.  One of the best productions ever.

"a Daydream Believer and an old closet queen", as Mr Stewart sang in his own version a few years later.
