Some velvet morning when I'm straight
I'm gonna open up your gate
And maybe tell you 'bout Phaedra
and how she gave me life
and how she made it in
Some velvet morning when I'm straight
Don't stand in the way of LOVE!

Some velvet morning when I'm dead.

Dave mentioned this on the Morning Show today and did a "next word please" contest using "These Boots..."
You spin me right 'round, baby, right 'round

Barry Scott interviewed Lee a month ago and ran the interview snippets tonight on the Lost 45s.  Lee was recounting how he and Nancy had recorded "Jackson" and were about to put it on the flip of "You Only Live Twice."  Someone in Johnny Cash's entourage approached him about the cover, noting, "You know how country that record is?"  Lee's response: "What country?"
“The choir of children sing their song.  They've practiced all year long.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.  Ding dong.”
