Dave's not here, man. Last-minute sick day.  I'm guessing we'll get an old late-'80s/early '90s thang.

Heard a promo last evening that said we'd be hitting 83 today, but I'm sure that was recorded before they knew DM would be taking a sickie today. So it may just depend on whether they have an 83 classic onhand to press into service. (Although with the all-10@10 HD channel in the offing, one would assume they've got a mess of sets on the server now.)
Let's get right to it.

Wow, given that Fridays almost never suck, that woulda made this a reasonably good week, nothing older than '83.  (Unless Dave's planning to spring '97 on us tomorrow.)

while we're waiting...

April is a big "theme" month, I'm wondering if we'll skip April Fools (since it's a Sunday) and the tax set and Earth Day (ditto & ditto).

But we DO get a Friday the 13th.

and it's  ...  a 1983 classic, with Neil wonderin' and Peter going swimming.

And now we're going swimming, with PG from his '83 live album.
Let's get right to it.

I think the tax set will show up on the 16th or 17th.  I believe the latter is the actual deadline date this year due to some state holidays, but correct me if I'm wrong.  (I did my taxes a month ago but haven't filed yet b/c I owe beaucoup buxx.)

My condolences.  I actually just started getting refunds the last couple years (thanks, Dubya... I guess)  Owning propery in NY always pushed me into another bracket and ate up my withholding.

I think Dave will do Earth Day too, the Fri before -- it seems to be one of his fave theme sets, and this being SF, it's being promoted as "Earth Day Weekend".

You are correct--April 17. Got mine back from the accountant last week, but am holding onto them for the same reason--Uncle Sam is getting a hefty helping of Urthwerm flesh this year.
