Let's put our heads together, start a new country up...

BOS #2 R.E.M. "Cuyahoga"

BOS #3 Richard Thompson "Valerie". (TH was #1 for me even tho' Mike only VHM'd it).

This may well be a better 3 song stretch than we've ever gotten form Dave in this year.

BOS #4 Oingo Boingo "Stay", this clinches it for Ginger Marcus (sitting in) IMHO.

I've heard of TANC, but this is ridiculous:

Second song I've heard off Lives in the Balance in the last 90 minutes: KFOG played In the Shape of a Heart during A-Z, and now the title track.
Let's get right to it.

A song recorded live in, say, 78, but not released 'til 86. Sure, why not?

I'm glad you keep track of these things. That LP is from a jumble of sources -- and I still say it coulda used WAY more rarities and covers (like "Fire" and "War") and a lot less tunes from Born in the USA -- there were 8 or 9 of those, iirc.
