Phoned in my Kinks vote just now (Thurs) & asked Dave if we might hear the "Tigers Yay! Cardinals Boo!" clip tomorrow.  Quoth Dave:

"Well, I'm doing 1968 tomorrow, so I think you're gonna hear it."

I just said "Cool! Thanks!" and didn't say anything about being a Cards fan.

Now that I know Suppan is a right-wing fundie, I'll have to start rooting for the Tigers

Oh wait, they have Todd Jones. Never mind.

Looking forward to 68.
Supes, Temps, oh, Magic Carpet Ride, Cream, Aretha.

Just packed ear buds in my bag so I can turn it up w/o disruption.

I'm trying to figure out how to play some during my chem class.  I've told the students I graduated in '68, which is beyond comprehension for them.

DUDE!  YOU HAVE GOT TO CALL DAVE!  The earlier in the a.m., the better!  I know for a fact that he graduated the same year.  Telll him about your Chem class!

Dave sez we gotta spot the vinyl. Safe to say it's not track #1.

No birthday club today? Or did I space it?
Let's get right to it.

I thought that was an aircheck from some Detroit station, so is on tape rather than vinyl.
Let's get right to it.

But I never hear the song anywhere but here, so it's OK.
