HM to the Who, my favorite rock haiku:

I can see for miles
And miles and miles and miles and
Miles and miles and miles

PS: In the intro, Bob played a (movie?) snippet where a girl says, "There's different kinds of love. Love between a man and a woman, between (some other example) ..." and a guy interrupts and says something like, "and two women? That's my favorite."  Anyone know what this was from?

BOS to a theme for a partisan politic: "Who cares what games we choose / Little to win and nothing to lose."  Wonder if the Association were pissed at them.

I know you'll find this blasphemy, but the only two Woody movies I've seen in their entirety have been Bananas (loved it) and The Purple Rose of Cairo (meh).  Might've seen Annie Hall as a young'un, but I don't recall.  Which is all to say -- I don't immediately recognize him.  :)

Killer pop set!  10-way-tie.  And yay for the day Tommy James learned the wonders of double-tracking all his vocals.

this doesn't sound like the original album, but maybe it's the stream.  I still remember seeing the poster for this new album on Haight St!

Got here in time for "Down On Me".  Don't know what to expect today, my CEO (& another lackey who I'm growing to detest more and more each month) are arriving this morning.  CEO is only here for three days, but the lackey is staying two weeks.  No idea how much radio time I'll get this week & next.

Blasphemer!

If you loved Bananas you need to see all the other early stuff, especially Everything...About Sex.
